Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation can only be done within 1 hour of placing an order. After 1 hour, your order can’t be cancelled as our IT Professionals are assigned your Order and they start working on the same. For more details, check our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If you have entered an incorrect address while placing an order and you need to change it, then you need to inform us as soon as possible before 1 hour of placing your order. You can WhatsApp us to inform us about any changes to your order.
Also, please change your address in your account for future order by logging in to your account from here. Then, you can change the shipping address in “Address” option.
You can change/update your order under certain circumstances. But, it totally depends upon the confirmation from our end. You need to check with us if your order can be changed/updated.
