Shipping Policy

The terms hereof shall constitute Techvisor Services Pvt. Ltd.’s (“Company”) shipping policy in relation to the services and products rendered on the Website (“Shipping Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use. 

Note : Currently, we are operational in Delhi NCR region only constituting 5 cities i.e. Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad & Faridabad. So, below shipping policy is applicable only for these regions. The same has been mentioned on the homepage of the website on the image slider. 

Apart from these regions, we are continuously working to expand our Services throughout the country. Once available, we would notify the same to you. 

However, for customers outside Delhi NCR, they can order through our affiliate program by clicking on the button – “Check Price on Amazon” located in the bottom of each product or by paying online, as Cash on Delivery is not applicable for them.

At Techvisor, we are committed to provide you resolution of any of your IT related queries within our SLA time which is strictly capped upto 24 hours. However, there are several services that take more than the prescribed time, but the same is informed while placing the request. Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products) 

For local buyers, orders are shipped by our IT Professional itself. As we are providing both IT service/support as well as IT products, so whenever a customer needs a product alongwith a service, then we provide them the product as well as the service they order in a single request. And, the same has a SLA of 24 hours that means we are bound to provide you the resolution of your request within 1 day. However, there are several services that take more than the prescribed time, but the same is informed while placing the request. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your registered email address as specified during registration. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the details provided during registration. Techvisor Services Pvt. How the delivery charge/shipping charge is calculated? 

At Techvisor, we provide free device inspection on all services/products at our valuable customer’s doorstep. However, you would be charged Visit Fee on the same.

  • The price displayed at the time of checkout is not the final price for some of the issues like laptop repair, desktop repair, etc. It may vary depending upon the inspection of the issue.
  • The final price includes the cost of the Service provided plus Visit Fee.
  • In case, issue could not be resolved at your place, then an additional Pickup & Drop Fee equal to Visit Fee would be charged.
  • Visit Fee varies according to the distance from our nearby store.
